Music Lane Festival Okinawa 2024 / Trans Asia Music Meeting 2024″, a music showcase festival inviting music professionals from Asian cities, will be held for three days from January 19 (Fri.) to 21 (Sun.), 2024, mainly at Music Town Oto-Ichiba in Okinawa City (Koza),Okinawa,Japan.
Showcase festivals are widely held in Asian cities, from which some artists have emerged to international success. For the next edition, we will invite music festival organizers, promoters, label representatives, media, and other music professionals from various Asian cities. At the event, we are preparing networking measures such as 1-on-1 meetings and pitching, in addition to showcase live performances, to encourage artists to make concrete approaches to overseas markets. We will create opportunities for artists to discover new possibilities through direct dialogue, which is different from online.
Basically, artists will be invited from Japan and overseas and selected through a screening process (some artists will be selected and booked by the organizer). Selection will be based on the quality of the music and performances, as well as on the understanding of the meaning of a showcase festival.
The festival will be held as a circuit-type event at the Music Town Oto-Ichiba 1F music plaza, live houses and cafes in Okinawa City. The Music Town Oto-Ichiba 3rd floor hall will be used as a networking space for artists and delegates .

May 2023: element of the moment (Okinawa), performance at the Ulsan Jazz Festival in Korea
June 2023: Collaboration between ARAGAKI Mutsumi (Okinawa) and Gray By Silver (Korea)
July 2023: TOSH (Okinawa) performs at “PLAYTIME FESTIVAL” in Mongolia
August 2023: Sukiyaki Meets The World (Toyama) and DMZ Peace Train Music Festival (Korea) artists will be jointly invited.
October 2023: Hasiken (Amami), Famous Japanese (Okinawa, Tokyo), Korea “Busking World Cup” Final Qualifier Selection
November 2023: Salasa (Tokyo) performs at “LUCfest” in Taiwan
